Access to reserved pricing and certain features requires an approved trade account. You must provide accurate business information and keep credentials confidential. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or applicable law.
Listings, pricing, and availability
We strive to present accurate descriptions, weights, treatments, and laboratory references. Photographs are representative; natural stones may vary slightly. Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise and may change until an enquiry is confirmed in writing by the desk. Availability is not guaranteed until a sale or memo is agreed.
Enquiries, memos, and sourcing
Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a binding offer or acceptance. Memo and hold terms, shipping, insurance, and payment are confirmed separately per transaction. Private sourcing briefs are handled at our discretion and subject to supplier availability.
